Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) to us in its original unworn condition within 30 days of receipt, via post.

The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags in place. [if they are not, we may not be unable to accept the goods. If in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you] While every effort will be made to ensure that your item arrives to you in perfect condition – (each item is thoroughly checked before packaging) creases or wrinkling which may arise in transit are not deemed a flaw.

* please note if your purchase has a fault we recommend you notify us immediately on receipt of the goods

Goods will not be accepted if they do not meet the requirements listed above.

In order to ensure that we receive your order efficiently, please follow these instructions:

Take care when opening the package in case the item(s) need to be returned.

Please complete and include the Returns Form which you will find in your packaging.

Return your order in its original packaging to the shop at the following address:

Please note:

The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

You will be required to pay for your return unless the reason is due to a fault – see above.

Exchanges

We will exchange any item(s) & send you a replacement free of charge if you are looking to change the item(s) due to size, fault, etc.

You will be expected to pay for the return of the item that you are exchanging.

We will then post you out a replacement if available, once we have received the returned item(s).

 

Sale Items

We advise you to speak to one of our staff when purchasing sale items to save costs on returns.

Refunds

Where the policy above has been met and you are eligible for a refund we will refund your payment to the original card used at the time of purchase within a maximum of 5 days of receiving your item.

Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, therefore we advise you to allow up to 7 days
to see the refund in your account.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect Service is available Monday-Saturday 9.30AM-6PM.

Once we have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email after which your order can be collected at your convenience between the times listed above.
