How do I get free delivery?

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €75 throughout Ireland.

International orders are not eligible for the offer.

Do you provide next day delivery?

TEMPORARILY CHANGED DUE TO CURRENT RESTRICTIONS

Delivery time may take longer due to an increase in demand for couriers.

However, we will try to adhere to the below condition as best as possible!

 We offer next day delivery within Ireland, Monday – Friday, when you place an order before 12pm (local time).

How long does Standard Delivery take?

TEMPORARILY CHANGED DUE TO CURRENT RESTRICTIONS

Delivery time may take longer due to the increase in demand for couriers and online orders.

However, we will try to adhere to the below condition as best as possible:

 Order before 1pm (local time) to receive your order in 3-5 working days. (Working days exclude: Weekend & Bank Holidays).

 For delivery in Ireland – orders under €75 are charged at €6.50.

 Deliveries are made by Fastway Couriers.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but you must do so before 4pm on the day that you have placed the order.

 You can cancel by sending us a quick email with the details of your order and your request to cancel.

Alternatively, you can also return your order. See our returns policy section for more details.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your delivery address once the order has been made.

Can I place an order by phone?

If you need assistance in placing an order, please contact us on 067- 32608 and we’ll be happy to help!

 Phone-lines are open between 9.30AM and 6PM.

If our phone-lines are busy and you can’t get through, please leave us a message with your details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I know that you have processed my order?

You should receive a confirmation email almost immediately after you have placed the order.

However, sometimes the email may have gone to your junk mail/spam so make sure to check all of these sections as email folders are often very organized!

Can I change the details/type of order?

Not once the order is processed.

However, there is the option of return/refund once you have received your order.

You will find our returns form in the packaging of your order which you can fill out and send back to us with the item – providing the item meets our returns requirements.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Where the returns policy has been met and you are eligible for a refund, we will refund your payment to the original card used at time of purchase within a maximum of 5 days of receiving your item.

 Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, therefore we advise you to allow up to 7 days to see the refund in your account.

How long do I have to return my order?

Providing that your order meets the requirements of our returns policy, you have a standard period of 14 days from the point that you receive it, to return your item.

Can I return my order to the store?

Yes you can return your order to the store.

The item must be in its original unworn condition, with tags still on it.

How do I return my order?

In order to ensure that we receive your order efficiently, please follow these instructions:

Take care when opening the package in case the item(s) need to be returned.

The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.

There will be a delivery charge unless the reason for returning is due to a fault – see our Returns Policy for more details.

The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.

Free Postal Returns?

If it was our mistake, free post will apply but in regular circumstances, you will be charged as normal.

 

How do I pay you?

You can pay in-store at time of purchase with cash or the card methods listed below.

How do I use a promo code?

On occasion, we may post promo codes on our social media channels or via email.

 To avail of this offer, all you have to do is enter the code that we give you into the ‘coupon code’ box in your shopping basket.

Once you’ve entered it, hit the ‘apply coupon’ button and it’s all yours!

Can I use more than one promo code on an order?

No, only one promo code can be used per order.

Promo codes can only be used once unless stated otherwise when announced.

How do I purchase a gift-card?

Our Gift Cards can be purchased for both In-store & Online through the website.

 o   *The ‘Online Gift Card’ when purchased is then sent by email to the recipient, they then receive an E-voucher and code. There is no expiration on the use of this E-voucher & it’s just for Online use only!

o   The ‘Physical Gift Card’ is available to purchase Online but is only for use when buying products in the store itself! Again there is no expiry on these gift cards so will still be good to go when restrictions are lifted!

 o   If you wish to get your instore voucher delivered in our newly designed box packaging this will cost an extra €2.00 at checkout. It’s a nice added touch for that special occasion! Make sure to add before checkout.

Can I reset my account password?

Yes. On the login page, you will see below the login button that there is a link that says ‘Lost your Password.’

Click on this link and you will be prompted to enter your email or username.

We will then email you a link to change your password with directions.

I would like to unsubscribe from your email marketing list.

Simply scroll down to the bottom of one of the marketing emails that you have received from us and you will see a link that says ‘unsubscribe.’

Click on that link and follow the steps and you’ll then be unsubscribed from our list.

Do have to pay if I collect my order in-store?

No, we offer Free Click & Collect.

All you have to do to select this option is to click “Store Collection” at  checkout online and we will let you know when your order has been completed.

Once your order has been completed, you can pick up your purchase from us in-store.
